Preparing for the upcoming album, www.betweeninterval.com has been given a complete facelift, redesigned and brought slightly more into the future being responsive and everything. Go there and have a look! I'm planning to do something similar for this site as well, as soon as I get the time.

New album - more details!

So, I just realized that it was over a year ago that I announced being working on a new album. Since then, things have been embarrassingly quiet on this page. Unless you have been following me on my Between Interval page on Facebook, you probably don't know that the new album is very much in the pipeline and things will get real very soon!

This new album of mine will place itself somewhere within the vast ambient genre, sometimes sidestepping a bit into electronica before morphing into deep space music, synthesizer sequences, and even treading into the delay heavy realms of dub techno.

It's nearly 8 years since my last album was released – The Edge of a Fairytale – and this new one will pick up the trail right where I left it, continuing into the fifth chapter of the Between Interval saga. It took about a year to compose, but roughly seven years of inspiration is accumulated within the album.

When will it be released then? I'm afraid I can't reveal any specific date yet, but all the tracks are done composition-wise, the mastering is done (by Howard Givens at Spotted Peccary, sounds really amazing by the way), sleeve artwork is done (by Michal Karcz, looks really amazing by the way) so it's now entering the final production stages before release. Early 2017 is what I have been told, needless to say I'm über excited to get it out there! Stay tuned, more info will come – yes there are more cool details to be revealed, but I'll keep them secret just a little longer :-)

One hour ambient mix
